Melton 50th Anniversary

— J.K. Melton and Mary Ann Rose were married May 10, 1958 in the home of Helen Farish, sister of J.K. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary May 10.
The Meltons lived in Dallas for a short while before settling back in Navarro County between Blooming Grove and Dresden.
They were joined in celebrating 50 years of marriage by their three wonderful children and their spouses: Benny and Becky Melton of Frost, Marty and Penney Weaver of Blooming Grove, and Brett and Christine Melton, also of Blooming Grove. They have seven grandchildren and one grandson-in-law of whom they are very proud.
