Brandon and Laura Starr are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Finley Glenn Starr, born at 8:35 a.m. Feb. 18, 2008, at Baylor Hospital in Dallas. Finley weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20.5 inches in length. Finley is the granddaughter of Glen and Lenora Smith of Corsicana and Julie Starr and Ben Hill of Sherman. Her great-grandparents are Ellis and Cookie Montgomery of Dawson and Judy Ellis Atherton of Sherman.
