— Jason and Amber Payne of Corsicana announce the birth of their son, Elijah Reece Payne, born at 3:15 p.m. April 9, 2008, at Ennis Regional Medical Center. He weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19 inches in length. Maternal grandparents are Glenn and Lori Hill of Enid, Okla. Paternal grandparents are Jay and Vicki Payne of Corsicana. Maternal great-grandparents are Barbara Fauver of Boulder City, Nev., and the late Ernie Fauver, Robert and Vinalee Hill of Kingfisher, Okla., and Patrick and Connie Burke of Fort Wayne, Ind. Paternal great-grandparents are Vic and Pat Howell of Corsicana, Nora Payne of Corsicana and the late Jimmie Payne.
