Marvin Donald ‘Pops’ Taylor

Marvin Donald “Pops” Taylor, 66, of Palmer passed away July 4, 2008 in Honey Grove.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Byrum Funeral Home in Lancaster.

Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Byrumn Funeral Home Chapel in Lancaster.

He was born Aug. 23, 1941 in Honey Grove.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tom; brother, Larry; son, Marvin Donald, and sister, Kathie.

Survivors include his swife, Nancy Taylor; mother, Leona Taylor; daughters, Donna Taylor, Sloan Taylor and Tessa Johnson; step-daughters, Crystal Kirby, Michelle Jordan, Jessica O’Neal, Amanda Patino and Kellie Robinson; brothers, Billy, Johnny, Terry and Tommy Taylor; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
