Familiar Faces

Grady Patrick Dunlap named Valedictorian

Grady Dunlap, son of Brett (formerly of Corsicana) and Amy Dunlap is the valedictorian of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee High School. There are 587 students in the senior class. Grady is also an Eagle Scout.

He is the grandson of Mary Catherine Heye of San Antonio and the late Col. Paul Heye and Charlie and Martha Dunlap Washburn and the late Glenn Dunlap.

Grady plans to attend the University of Arkansas and major in Biomedical Engineering.

Two graduate from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi

Dylan Jon Moore of Chatfield graduated Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University—Corpus Christi during the 2014 Spring Commencement on Saturday, May 17, 2014. Meagan Renee Shafer of Corsicana graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing the same date.

Texas A&M University—Corpus Christi awards bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees from the Colleges of Business, Education, Liberal Arts, Nursing and Health Sciences, and Science and Engineering. A&M—Corpus Christi, the only university in the United States located on its own island, is a member of the Texas A&M University system.
