Ovie Mahoney celebrates 100th Birthday

Corsicana —

Ovie Mahoney celebrated her 100th birthday with her five generation family at Heritage Oaks Retirement Village. Ms. Mahoney was born on Feb. 18, 1913 in Corsicana.

Among those celebrating this joyous occasion with Ms. Mahoney was her daughter Myra Ferrill of Waco, granddaughter Vicky Pavelka and husband Rick of Axtell, grandson Ricky Moore and wife Sherry of Waco, grandson Richard Mahoney of Clifton, great-grandson Michael Moore and wife Crystal of Farmers Branch, great-granddaughter Lauren Kalina and great-great grandson Rylan of New Braunfels, great-granddaughter Lindsey Mallard and great-great-grandsons Brock and Brody of Axtell, daughter-in-law Jean Speegle of Valley Mills, niece Becky Garrett of Corsicana, friends Betty Beamon, Louise Arnett, Cindy and Annie Andrews of Corsicana, Darla Bennett of Waco, Raz Moore of Waco and Matt Dulock of Axtell.

Taco soup, cake and ice cream were served.
