Davis-Smith Engagement

Tony and Karen Davis of Blooming Grove are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Emily Davis, to Dalton Smith, son of Lisa Smith of Emhouse and Wayne Smith of Forney.

They will be joined in holy matrimony on Dec. 7, 2013 in Ennis.

Dalton graduated from Blooming Grove High School in 2011 and is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at Dallas Baptist University while working at Real Time Resolutions in Dallas. Dalton is the grandson of Pete and Gail Vandusser, Toni Pearson, Emily Hendrix and Larry and Nancy Aquilina.  

Emily graduated from Blooming Grove High School in 2010 and Dallas Baptist University in 2013 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Emily currently works at United Way of Navarro County in Corsicana and will begin nursing school at the Louise Herrington School of Nursing at Baylor University Medical Center in January 2014. Emily is the granddaughter of Janice Davis Raney and Madean Davis.
