Daily Sun photo/Loyd Cook Firefighters sweep back and cross a hay field Thursday afternoon, battling not only flames but high winds and burning hay bales. About 100 acres were encompassed, but firefighters contained it before the flames reached a line of homes to the northeast of the site on S&S Ranch on SECR 1060.
