The 2008 Little Miss JESA is Katrina Murphey, and the 2008 Master Bear contest winner is Mica Cook. Both were awarded the titles Thursday at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center. The annual Juneteenth Parade takes place at 10 a.m. today.
