Some artistic young folks enjoying the October Arts Festival sponsored by the Navarro Council of the Arts. The special classes are taking place through today at the Optimist Room of the Corsicana YMCA. Artist Julio Suarez, above in red, is one of the instructors for the October Arts Festival.
