Grand Jury hands down 46 indictments

Corsicana — The Navarro County Grand Jury indicted the following people Thursday in its monthly session at the Navarro County Courthouse:

• Clayton T. Atwood, possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.

• Danny D. Austin, possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.

• Edgar Avila, aggravated assault of a peace officer, evading with a vehicle, and burglary of a habitation.

• Dan E. Brown, possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, in a drug-free zone.

• Clayton T. Chatman, possession of a controlled substance, less than 28 grams, in a drug-free zone.

• Precious M. Chatman, possession of a controlled substance, less than 28 grams, in a drug-free zone.

• Brian K. Coker, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, credit card abuse, evading with a vehicle, and aggravated assault.

• Annette Derden, theft.

• Jacob R. Douglas, possession of a controlled substance, less than 28 grams with intent to deliver; and possession of a controlled substance greater than four grams and less than 200 grams with intent to deliver.

• Jamal E. Duran, possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.

• Emmett D. Ryan, theft.

• Samuel Earl Evans, evading arrest.

• John Kelly Forbes, possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.

• Curtis Wayne Garrett, assault of a family member.

• Vincent E. Greer, possession of marijuana, greater than four ounces and less than five pounds.

• Greg D. Hall Jr., credit card abuse.

• Joshua D. Hopgood, criminal conspiracy.

• Gregory A. Jones, theft.

• James B Knight, theft.

• Shannen S. Martin, criminal mischief.

• Jessica Nicole Mead, burglary of a habitation.

• Monica Newton, criminal mischief.

• Blake A. O’Daniel, possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.

• George Pace Jr., evading arrest.

• Johnathan U. Polk, possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.

• Justin A. Rampy, theft of livestock.

• Jody W. Robinson, theft.

• Steven A. Rogers, possession of a controlled substance more than one gram, less than four grams.

• Kaylee E. Salinas, possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.

• Patrick J. Sneed, possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.

• Rodney D. Sneed, possession of a controlled substance under one gram in a Drug Free Zone.

• John Earl Thomas, burglary of a building.

• Kendrick D. Thomas, possession of a controlled substance.

• Simone R. Thomas, injury to the elderly.

• Leonard Lee Wade, possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.

• Ralph C. White, assault of a family member.

• Cassandra Lynn Williams, tampering with government records.

• Joseph Lynn Williams, possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.

• Wyattrick D. Williamson, possession of a controlled substance, more than one gram and less than four grams.

• Don Steven Wofford II, theft.
