Corsicana — Bethel A.M.E. Church will have an 8 a.m. morning worship service on Sunday, Oct. 14 only, so that its congregation may join the Pelham Community Homecoming Celebration services at the 10:45 worship time. Rev. Willie Lee Greene, Sr., pastor.

Rockhill Baptist Church, Richland, will hold a Pastor’s Appreciation Program for Charles Kelley, pastor, and his 31 years of dedicated service. This program will be at 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 21. The theme is “Running for Jesus a long time, and I am not tired yet.” The spoken word will be brought by Minister A.D. Richards, associate pastor of Hopewell Baptist Church of Dawson. II Thessalonians 3:1 “Finally brethren, pray for us, that the world of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you.”

Trinity Assembly of God, located at W. Hwy 31 and FM 2452 (three miles West of WalMart) will hold a Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be antiques, arts and crafts for sale, lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Barbecue plates are $8 (cooked by Roy Williams) and contain brisket, beans, potato salad, bread and banana pudding. There will be a quilt drawing at 2 p.m. Kids are welcome, they will have a train ride and bounce house. The auction will continue until all is gone.

Church of Grace Without Walls Ministry extends greetings to all precious souls.
