Corsicana — Corsicana Police are still looking for the man who robbed the Chase Bank last Thursday in downtown Corsicana.

“We have received some tips and have followed up on them,” said Police Chief Randy Bratton.

Some people have been ruled out as suspects, and detectives are still working on other leads, he said.

“We still need the public to contact us if they recognize the suspect,” Bratton said.

The suspect is described as a black male between 35 to 40 years old, who wore a Halloween mask and carried what appeared to be a handgun. Photos show him wearing long plaid or checked shorts, sneakers and a T-shirt.

People with information about the armed robbery can call Det. Jason Grant at (903) 654-4902 or (903) 654-4913. Anonymous tips can be phoned into the Corsicana Police Department at (903) 654-4902 and tipsters may receive up to $1,000 for credible information.
