Corsicana’s Annual Harvest Festival and Car Show/Food Drive will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration for the car show ends at 1 p.m. at the Corsicana Visitor’s Center (South end of Beaton and Seventh Ave.). There will be food vendors, music, and lots of awards for the best factory hot rod, best import, best bike and more. Registration is $10 with a donation to the Navarro County Food Pantry. Kinsloe House will host its First Sunday Luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Everyone is invited. Members and non-members must call the Kinsloe House at (903) 874-5791 by Nov.1 by 3 p.m. to make reservations. You must give the time you wish to come and what you wish to eat. The entrée selections will be roast turkey with gravy or classic pineapple baked ham with classic southern dressing, buttery mashed potatoes, sweet corn and with it all will be Miss Debra’s wonderful rolls. Dessert will be pumpkin spice sheet cake with caramel pecan frosting or simply southern banana pudding. Cost will be $13 per person. It’s a great place to come for a good meal, catching up on things with friends, and visiting. Everyone always has a great time.
