Corsicana — The Kerens Ministerial Alliance will meet at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Missionary Baptist Church of Kerens. All local pastors are encouraged to attend.

The Reaching Out to You Ministry of Sixth Ave. Baptist Church, 125 S. Fifth St., invites you to join them as they celebrate “Ushers Annual Day” on Sunday, Oct. 13. Special guest will be Dr. J.H. Life in the Word Bible Church located at 1408 N. Beaton, where Emma Jessie is pastor, will host “Reaping the Harvest” from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19. Guest preachers are Minister Valorie Horn and Prophetess Shantae Littleton. Recognition of cancer survivors will be held and prayer of healing for those previously diagnosed.
