Corsicana — The Kerens Ministerial Alliance will meet at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Missionary Baptist Church of Kerens. All local pastors are encouraged to attend.

Church of the Living God PIllar Ground And Truth, 517 S. Powell St., Corsicana, cordially invites you to join in the celebration to honor Sis. The Reaching Out to You Ministry of Sixth Ave. Baptist Church, 125 S. Fifth St., invites you to join them as they celebrate “Ushers Annual Day” on Sunday, Oct. 13. Special guest will be Dr. J.H. King III of Greater New Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, Dallas. Also, join this congregation for a day of fun at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 when they have a Fall Festival and V-Ball Tournament. Life in the Word Bible Church located at 1408 N. Beaton, where Emma Jessie is pastor, will host “Reaping the Harvest” from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19. Guest preachers are Minister Valorie Horn and Prophetess Shantae Littleton. Recognition of cancer survivors will be held and prayer of healing for those previously diagnosed. Come and witness a mighty move of God through ministry in worship songs, The Spoken Word, food and fun. If you are interested in setting up a booth the fee is $15.
