VFW Post 3366 invites all its members and guests out for an evening of karaoke with Country Sue’s Karaoke. Canteen opens at 4 p.m. and karaoke starts at 8 p.m. until closing. Come early to get a good seat. Admission is free. Call (903) 872-3811 after 4 p.m. for more information.

Feb. 25

 VFW Post 3366 will have a dance in the Grand Ballroom from 8 p.m. to 12 midnight. Traditional country music will be provided by the Heart of Texas Road Gang. No Cover Charge, but donations will be accepted to help pay for the band.

Feb. 29, March 1, 3-4

The Corsicana Children’s Company of the Warehouse Living Arts Center  will present the entertaining family musical, “Miss Nelson is Missing!” for four performances.  Dates and show times are Wednesday, Feb. 29 and Thursday, March 1 at 7 p.m. and  Saturday, March 3 and Sunday,  March 4 at 2:30 p.m. Directed by Frances Seidensticker Dodds and C. David Hill, this wonderful children’s favorite  will entertain audiences of all ages. Ticket prices are $7 for adults, $6 for students and $5 for kids 12 and under.  Reserved seating tickets may be purchased at the box office from noon to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Friday. Tickets may be also purchased at the door as long as they are available. To guarantee seating, tickets should be purchased in advance. The box office number is (903) 872-5421.  The theatre is located at 119 W. Sixth Ave. in downtown Corsicana across from the post office.
