Church News for Friday, Nov. 29, 2013


Corsicana — Missionary Baptist Church, 405 S. 15th Street, Corsicana. MBC will conduct the normal schedule of services this coming week. All are welcome to join any or all of these services of worship, praise, singing, and study. MBC is looking forward to two special events in the month of December. A Christmas Parade float is being prepared for the local downtown Christmas Parade on Dec. 7. Candy and other goodies will be passed out along the parade route. Hope you get your share. Also, the annual Christmas Luncheon will be served immediately following the Dec. 8 morning worship. This is always a great time of fellowship and delicious food. As Dec. 25 approaches, remember that without the Son of God appearing in human flesh there would be no reason for the season. May God's riches blessing be upon you during this Christmas season.


Grace Community Church invites you to some exciting December events: Australia's 2011 Artist of the Year will be leading worship with us on Dec. 8th, then special guest vocalist and songwriter Erica Lane will be performing on Dec. 22nd at 10:45 a.m.  That's not all!  We offer Sunday worship services at 9 and 10:45 a.m., a bi-weekly men’s breakfast and study at 6 a.m. (on Dec 4 and 18), and Awana and Youth programs at 6:30 p.m. on Dec 4 and Dec. 11.  For more details, visit or 227 N.
