Navarro Regional welcomes first baby of 2013

Corsicana — As for many of us, a new year means new resolutions and new beginnings. Navarro Regional Hospital rang in the New Year with a new delivery for the Currey Family.

David and Jennifer Currey welcomed a baby girl to their growing family of three. DaiZee LuAnn Currey was born Jan. 1, 2013, weighing 7 lbs and measuring 18 inches long.

“My wife gave birth to DaiZee’s older sister, JaeCee Land Currey, 14 months ago here at Navarro Regional Hospital. The nurses took great care of us,” said David Currey.

The Curreys are long-time residents of the area and are excited for the new addition to their family. David Currey is the Defensive Coordinator for the Eustace High School football team.

Navarro Regional Hospital will celebrate its 30 year anniversary in the “new” hospital in June 2013. Thank you Currey family and the rest of Navarro County for entrusting your care in our hands for the past 30 plus years. We will continue to be here for the residents of Corsicana and the surrounding communities for many years to come.
