Missionary Baptist Church is located at 405 S. 15th Street in Corsicana. Bro. William Dollar is church Pastor. Anyone who does not have a church home is welcome and encouraged to visit MBC. Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. followed by Morning Worship at 10:50 a.m. and Afternoon Worship at 4 p.m. each week. These services are observed in a scripturally conservative environment with singing, praise and worship to the Lord who continues to bless this church wonderfully. Lifeline Family Fellowship Church at 5301 West Hwy 31, Corsicana, will hold a Teenage Bible Conference at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9 until 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10. Breakfast will be served and parents are asked to pick up their children no later than 10 a.m. Conference cost is $15 per teen, $25 for two, and $40 for three. Your children will truly be blessed of God, so send them out for the night in a loving environment. Then from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10 children ages 4 to 12 are invited for the Double Feature of The Lorax and Over the Hedge shown from 4 to 5:30 p.m. There will be a 30 minute intermission, hot dogs, chips and drink. Grief Share, sponsored by Northside Baptist Church, meets from 5 to 7 p.m. each Sunday at the Fellowship Center on Forest Lane (across the street from Northside). This is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are grieving the death of someone close to them. Each Grief Share session includes a video seminar and group discussion. Grief Share is a non-denominational group and features biblical teaching on grief and recovery topics. This group is sponsored by people who understand what you are experiencing and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time.
