Reaching Out to You Ministry of Sixth Avenue Baptist Church invites you to its Volleyball Tournament at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013. Registration is $10 per team and money is due by Aug. 14. Age groups are 13 and up, and 12 and younger. The community may open a booth for $20. If there are questions, contact Evangelist C. Dawson, (903) 257-8330.

The New Bethel Baptist Church, 700 Elm Flat Road, Goodlow, Pastor E. Betts Jr. will have its Annual Choir Program at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013. Guest Speaker will be Pastor A. Cocks and the Mt. Olive Baptist Church. The public is invited to come and praise the Lord with us. A revival will be held at 7:30 p.m. nightly Aug. 13-15. The Evangelist will be Pastor Daryl Carter, pastor of the Carver Heights Baptist Church, Dallas. Come  and be revived. You are welcome.
