Corsicana — When Are We Going Home Ministry’s Riding High Horsemanship program will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Break N Free camp at 4719 NE CR 1040 in Rice. This is a free riding program for medically challenged, disabled and special needs children 0-21 and their immediate siblings. Lunch is included. Volunteers are available for front and side walking as well as a ramp for wheelchairs. Please RSVP for lunch to wawahn@gmail.com.

A Benefit Chili Supper and Auction will be held for Jordan Dechaume, the fifth grade Blooming Grove student recently diagnosed with leukemia. It will be 5 p.m. at Silver City Volunteer Fire Department, with live music provided by the Steve Burleson Family. Adult meals are $10 and kids are $5.

Oct. 22

The Corsicana Art League will meet at 6 p.m. at the Senior Activity Center.  Judy Gilfert, an award winning artist from Arlington, will provide the program.  Everyone interested in the Arts is invited.  Light refreshments will be served.  For more info, call at (903) 519-9082.

Oct. 25

Boys and Girls Club of Navarro County will hold a 2012 Fall Festival from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club, 1000 East G.W. Jackson Ave., Corsicana. Parents with children ages 6 and older are encouraged to attend. There will be free food giveaways, games, raffle items, face painting and much more. The Navarro County Relay for Life team Sugar Rush for a Cure is back, and this time serving loaded baked potatoes or taco soup at Olé Foods from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. For more information, contact Amanda Spear or Lois Garrett at (903) 872-9300.

Oct. 27

When Are We Going Home Ministry will hold its annual concert with Cheryl Dunn appearing at the New Beginnings Family Fellowship in Blooming Grove at 5:30 p.m.

The Chatanooga Reunion will be held at Mildred Baptist Church from 3 to 7 p.m. All former Chatanooga Glass employees are encouraged to attend. Any donations of auction items will be appreciated.
