Corsicana — The City Wide Women Convention Quarterly Revival will be held at 7:30 p.m. nightly April 8 & 9, 2013 at the Greater Love Outreach Fellowship Church where Bishop William Lewis,Jr. serves as Pastor.  On Monday, April 8 the spoken word will be brought by Pastor Tessie Johnson of the Church Of Living God in Kerens, and Tuesday, April 9 the spoken word will be brought by Sis. Betty Garrett who is a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church where Alfred Cox, Jr., serves as Pastor. The City Wide Women Convention was founded over 30 years ago by the late Mother Josie Hudson.  God gave her the vision for this ministry, so she contacted many of the Pastors of Corsicana and surrounding areas sharing her vision so that the women could come together and pray, and use their gifts of teaching and preaching the Word of God and many of the pastors accepted her and opened their doors so the work of the ministry would be spread abroad.  And thanks be to God her vision yet continues, some of the women who were young then are now a little older but yet they have a zeal to keep on marching, teaching and preaching the Word of God and many others have caught on with the vision.  Many souls have been saved, delivered, healed and have become transformers themselves and  are yet giving God Praise and Thanksgiving for His many blessings. The City Wide Ministry also share a token of love to those in hospitals, and also in some other areas when it is possible.  So the public is cordially invited to come and help us Lift up the name of Jesus and also share a gift of love.  If you have a received a token of love from the City Wide Women Convention come and be a blessing and give back, for you are a testimony of how the City Wide Women Convention was a blessing to your life in your time of need.
