Grand Jury indicts Hawaii fugitives

71 cases receive indictments in Thursday session

Corsicana — Two brothers from Navarro County captured trying to leave the country were indicted Thursday by the Navarro County Grand Jury.

Noah Manuere and Tarius Manuere were both indicted on charges of continued sexual abuse of a child. The two had fled the mainland after local law enforcement began searching for them earlier this year. They were captured in Hawaii, pulled from a plane that was set to leave the United States, after federal authorities noticed the brothers’ names on the flight list in Hawaii.

Also indicted Thursday was Phillip Huskins, on charges of abandoning or endangering a child and deadly conduct. Huskins is alleged to have fired a gun in a home where small children were present, according to R. Lowell Thompson, Navarro County District Attorney.

A complete list of indictments returned Thursday, as provided by Thompson’s office:

• Tarius Manuere, continuous sexual abuse of a child.        

• Eric Adams, theft.

• Albert Bickham, burglary of a habitation.

• Coy Ray Boles, possession of a controlled substance under one gram; evading arrest.

• Larry Daniel Boles, escape; retaliation/obstruction.    

• Thomas Contreras, forgery by passing.

• Sebastian Tyler Cook, burglary of a building, three counts.        

• Richard Bennett Davis, possession of marijuana over four ounces/under five pounds.

• Scott Richard Depan, possession of marijuana over four ounces/under five pounds.

• Darrell Wayne Derryberry, possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

• Dektric Cornel Douglas, evading arrest/subsequent.

• Odis L. Evans, DWI/3rd offense.

• Benjamin Rene Fira, possession of a controlled substance over one gram/under four grams.

• Karne Ann Fitch, manufacture of a controlled substance over one gram/under four grams.

• Adrian Lamar Gabriel, possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

• Jose Roberto Gonzalez-Tapia, injury to a child.

• Stacie Lynette Grayson, possession of a controlled substance under one gram.    

• Martin Guido, burglary of a habitation.        

• William Haney, theft.                    

• Corey Deshundon Henderson, possession of a controlled substance over four grams/under 200 grams with intent to deliver; tampering with physical evidence.    

• Phillip Huskins, abandoning or endangering a child, four counts; deadly conduct.    

• Michael Nazareth Jaquiz, indecency with a child.        

• Casey Dylan Jeffrey, theft of wire/cable.            

• Samantha Lynn Keller, possession of a controlled substance under one gram.    

• Isaac Cameron Lee, possession of marijuana over four ounces/under five pounds.

• Anthony John Liberto, theft.                    

• Manuel Jesus Loya, burglary of building.            

• Chavez Fidel Lopez, retaliation/obstruction.        

• Donale Demon Marshall, aggravated assault.            

• Bernardo De La Cruz Moreno, DWI/3rd.                

• Hannah Noel Namati, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.                

• Bryan Ray Nutt, burglary of a building.

• Blake O’Daniel    , theft, unlawful possession of a firearm, burglary of a building.        

• Daniel Echezolachi Onwuegbu, organized crime.

• John Irvin Opry Jr., indecency with a child, three counts.        

• Jason Lee Overall, theft of wire/cable.            

• Jose Puentes, possession of a controlled substance under one gram.    

• Christina Ann Qualls, possession of a controlled substance under one gram.    

• C. Lamont Robinson, indecency with a child.        

• Yolanda R. Rodriguez, possession of a controlled substance over four grams/under 200 grams.

• Lakia Tajuana Rogers, possession of marijuana over four ounces/under five pounds.

• Logan James Sachtleben, forgery, four counts; theft of a firearm.       • Julius Osuna Sanchez, possession of a controlled substance over one gram/under four grams.

• Brandon Michael Scott, theft.        

• Shabbazz Spencer, assault/family violence, airway blocked.

• Bobby Smith, organized crime.            

• Gary Wayne Sullivan, DWI/ 3rd.            

• Kassia Lynne Tripp, possession of a controlled substance under one gram.

• Devonte Urquhart, organized crime.            

• Darrell Rayshone Waites III, possession of marijuana over four ounces/under five pounds.

• Brian Wilkins, possession of marijuana over four ounces/under five pounds.            

• Mark Jonathon Yearsley, intentional unauthorized discharge.
