The Corsicana Art League will hold an exhibit at the Warehouse Living Arts Theatre Gallery.

March 2

American Cancer Society will hold its Bark For Life and Car Show at Bunert Park, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is a $10 entry fee for autos, with eight trophies to be given away.

The American Legion Post 22, 632 N. Beaton St., will hold the regular monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. at the Post. All members are urged to attend and participate in business items for the Post. If you have questions, call (903) 874-3938 after 2 p.m.

The Navarro Council of the Arts present The National Tour of The Rainbow Fish for all kindergarten through second graders in Navarro County at The Palace Theatre. Shows will take place both days at 9:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. For more information contact the Navarro Council of the Arts at (903) 872-5411.

The City Of Blooming Grove will hold its Monthly City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. at Blooming Grove City Hall, 200 S. Fordyce, Blooming Grove, TX  76626.

Corsicana Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) will be at the Corsicana YMCA from 2 to 7 p.m. If you are low income (usually under $42K) or elderly, and in need of tax filing assistance, take advantage of this free program. This year VITA will see clients with appointments first and then work with walk-ins. VITA is at the YMCA on Tuesdays and Thursdays and at the Kerens Library on Wednesdays from 1 to 4 p.m. Call George Burrell at (903) 879-2091 to schedule your appointment.
