• A man complained that his money was taken around 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of North Sixth Street.

The report summary states: “On 06/13/2013, complainant reported that a known subject was ‘playing lovey dovey’ with him, and took his money out of his pants after he completely removed them to use the restroom.”

• A Nissan Altima driver went off the road and hit a fixture around 4 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of Dobbins.



Navarro County Sheriff’s Office

• A large assortment of fireworks was stolen Wednesday from a stand on FM 416 near Streetman.

• A DR brush trimmer, three tool boxes full of miscellaneous tools, a green and silver air compressor, and red and black Craftsman lawn mower, were taken Tuesday from a shed on FM 1129 near Chatfield. Estimated loss was set at $1,175.

• A white and silver pool ladder worth $100 was stolen Monday from a home on Southwest 3100 near Purdon.

• A Craftsman air compressor was stolen and a padlock broken when thieves broke into a building last weekend in Rice.
