Corsicana Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) will be at the Corsicana YMCA from 2 to 7 p.m. If you are low income (usually under $42K) or elderly, and in need of tax filing assistance, take advantage of this free program. This year VITA will see clients with apopintments first and then work with walk-ins. VITA is at the YMCA on Tuesdays and Thursdays and at the Kerens Library on Wednesdays from 1 to 4 p.m. Call George Burrell at (903) 879-2091 to schedule your appointment.

Feb. 13

This year we are seeing clients with appointments first and then we’ll work with our walk-ins. For The Love of Art Show and Sale presented by the Star Harbor Watercolor Society will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. in Star Harbor City Hall, Location 99 Sunset Blvd., Star Harbor, TX northwest of Malakoff.
