While being a stay-at-home mom and home-schooling her six children, she did marketing and fundraising for non-profits such as United Cerebral Palsy of North Texas.

Ozier brings an wealth of experience and skills to the table when planning for the future of James L. Collins Catholic School. Many plans are in motion, such as updating the infrastructure to support technology that will include iPads, laptops, ebooks, robotics  and more being high on the list.

Increasing enrollment is also a priority. Ozier is working with Bishop Dunne High School in Dallas on a plan that will allow graduates of Collins Catholic School to continue their Catholic education through high school.

Ozier additionally wants to include programming for students and teachers that will include: speech, occupational therapy, Handwriting Without Tears (a handwriting program), and Take Flight (a reading program), to name a few.
