Grand jury indicts high school student

Charges stem from alleged threat at CHS

Corsicana — A Navarro County Grand Jury Thursday returned an indictment against a Corsicana High School student alleged to have texted a threat of violence just before Christmas break.

Troy Keith Bullard, 17, was indicted on charges of false alarm or report. The Corsicana Independent School District police obtained a warrant for Bullard after investigating the source of the alleged threat.

Also indicted Thursday was Brian Abrigo on charges of robbery and evading arrest. Abrigo is alleged to have committed a robbery at the CVS Pharmacy, shoving an employee after he was allegedly found hiding merchandise in this clothing. He was apprehended a few blocks from the store after a brief chase.

Grand jurors issued a total of 41 indictments Thursday. There were four cases that were no-billed.

• Billy Joe Bell, D.W.I. 3rd or subsequent.

• Troy Keith Bullard, False alarm or report.

• Abron Devon Campbell, D.W.I. 3rd or subsequent.

• Louis Wayne Capps, Illegal Disposal/Litter.

• Cruz Antonio Castillo, D.W.I. w/child under 15 years of age.

• Manuel DeJesus Chairez, cockfighting.

• Juan Manuel Garcia, cockfighting.

• Lena Fay Leslie Collard, tampering with physical evidence.

• Keuntrey Deshun Cooks, possession of a controlled substance under one gram in a drug-free zone.

• Chelsea Lane Cooper, burglary of a building.

• Mark C. Cosby, possession of a controlled substance under one gram.

• Jabarrin Darnell Davis, failure to comply with sex offender registration.

• Stephen Leonard Dhein, evading in a vehicle.

• Dre Elliot Dunbar, possession of a controlled substance over four ounces/under five pounds.

• Aby Francia, Injury to a child.

• Troy Eugene Griffin, possession of a controlled substance over four ounces/under five pounds.

• Joe Coy Ellis, D.W.I. 3rd or subsequent.

• Robert Louis Faust Jr., unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, evading in a vehicle.

• Juan Antonio Garcia, possession of a controlled substance over four grams/under 200 grams with intent to deliver.

• Vernon Henderson, possession of a controlled substance under one gram.

• Robert Lee Herndon, possession of a controlled substance over four grams/under 200 grams with intent to deliver.

• Kenneth Wayne Johnson, Organized Crime.

• Troy Donahue Johnson, Organized Crime.

• Jerad Scott Lawson, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• Whitney Delarence McDade, possession of a controlled substance over four grams/under 200 grams with intent to deliver, possession of a prohibited substance in a corrections facility.

• Timothy Earl McMullen, burglary of a habitation.

• Trenton Joseph Miles, D.W.I. 3rd or subsequent.

• Brandon Cole Parrish, possession of a controlled substance under one gram in a drug-free zone.

• James Edward Pruitt, theft.

• Curtis Roberts, Organized crime.

• Jerry Lee Vaughn, possession of a controlled substance under one gram.

• Andranice Sona Washington, Credit card abuse.
