Corsicana — Believers Outreach Ministries presents a Healing Revival at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Johnson Memorial COGIC, 1700 S. Bus. 45 and T.A. Carroll Ave. Host pastor is Joseph Johnson Sr. and Elect Lady Pearl Johnson. Speaker is Pastor H.B. Horn Jr. of Greater Mt. Calvary, Dallas. Rev. Horn was educated in Corsicana where he graduated from the historical G.W. Jackson High School in 1968. He continued his education and received an AAS degree from Navarro College, then proceeded to the University of North Texas in Denton to acquire his Bachelor of Science degree. He later earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University in Longview. He currently has hours towards his Doctoral degree from the Trinity College of the Bible Theological Seminary, located in Newburgh, Ind. During his career, Rev. The Reaching Out To You Ministry of Sixth Avenue Baptist Church invites you to its Mother’s Day Special at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, May 12. Special guest will be Chuck and the Guiding Clouds, Huntsville and The Southern Travelers of Arlington. Guest Evangelist will be Machleann Grant of Streetman, and the Sixth Ave. Mass Choir and Bro. Also, on Saturday, May 18 the Sixth Ave. Youth Ministry will present “You Got Talent,” as youth from age 9 to 18 showcase their talent. Deadline to enter is May 12. On Saturday, May 25 at 6 p.m. the Drama Ministry will present “Speak Life,” a live play about the power to speak life into the desires of our hearts.
