Piecemaker’s 33rd Annual Quilt Show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays at the Warehouse Living Arts Center. Over 100 quilts on display from area quilters. Classes will be held occasionally, and raffle tickets are available for purchase for a chance at a beautiful, handmade quilt. WLAC is located at 119 West. Sixth Ave., Corsicana. Third Annual Habitat for Humanity Eat & Skeet will be held at Upland Bird Country.  Friday night steak dinner with beer, wine and live music at 6:30 p.m., tickets $40/person. Saturday shooting, registration at 7 a.m., breakfast and lunch served.  $200/two man team with great prizes for winners. Oct. 5

The inaugural Community Expo and Taste of Navarro County will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cook Center, 3100 W. Seventh Ave., Corsicana. Admission is free. Twelve restaurants serving up free samples, along with more than 50 vendors offering things to buy, information, and gifts. The Expo is a chance to learn about small businesses right here in Navarro County, as well as to try some delicious items from local chefs.

The American Legion, Post 22, 632 N. Beaton St., will hold its monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. at the post.
