Piecemakers Quilt Guild will meet at the Westhill Church of Christ for refreshments and gossip from 9:30 a.m. til 10 a.m. After a short business meeting Linda Weeks will present a program on “Embroidery on Quilts.” Members and guests will then be able to browse many, many goodies brought by Melissa Picha, from the Compass Center Shop at her Quilt Retreat Center. All quilters and “wanna-be” quilters are invited. Bring a sack lunch and project to work on and spend the afternoon at “Sit and Sew.” This is a great opportunity to see current projects of other quilters and get renewed inspirations. Please call (903) 874-5791 to make your reservations by June 3. Cancellations must also be made by June 3 at noon to the same number.
