Corsicana — Main Street Program of City of Corsicana in conjunction with Cars of Navarro County will hold a Second Saturday Cruise In from 5 to 8 p.m. There is a $10 entry fee, with 11 trophies to be given. Registration will close at 6 p.m. The car show will take place at Third Ave. and Beaton St. There will be two blues bands playing, dance lessons, a 50/50 jar, and the party will continue after the car show until 10 p.m. All proceeds raised by the car show will go to the Wounded Warrior Project.

The Navarro County NAACP will have its Seventh Annual Health Fair at the MLK Center, 1114 E. Sixth Ave., The Ross Breast Center Mammography Mobile will be there, to schedule an appointment or if you would like to set up a booth, contact Barbara Kelley at (903) 872-7973.

Angels of Corsicana Troop Support will hold a packing at 9 a.m. at the Angel Room, 1020 N. Bus. 45. All ages are welcome to come pack. Please bring the name of a military member serving in harm’s way with you to the packing so we can do a gift box for our military members. There will be a special meeting following the packing for sign up for our semi-annual barbecue, bake and garage sale, which will be held the first weekend of May. Donations will be accepted from anyone wishing to help raise funds for postage of boxes for our military. We will be pricing every Thursday from now on until the date of garage sale at 9 a.m. For more information contact Jean O’Connor at (903) 851-2560.

The American Legion, Post 22, 632 N. Beaton St., will host Karaoke Night with Country Sue from 8 p.m. to midnight.  For more information, call (903) 874-3938 after 2 p.m.

Lakeside United Methodist Church will hold a music festival to raise funds for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. The church, located on FM 416, will be the location for music and food from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Musical acts include LUMC Choir and Ensembles, The Fog, The Corsicana Cloggers, Todd Jones and the Groove Tones, John Byron Haynie and special guest Christi Driskell, Bella Voce, and AzureBlue Trio. There will be booths, hamburgers, hot dogs, tamales, homemade baked goods, a silent auction, bounce house, face painting, crafts, and a quilt drawing, as well as Luminaries for purchase. The Carter BloodCare Mobile unit will be on site. Admission is free, but bring your own chairs.
