Sept. 26

Navarro College PAL (People for Active Living) will meet at the Cook Center on the Navarro College Campus from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please note the change on day for the meeting, PAL will now meet on Wednesdays. For more information please contact Misty Holloway at (903) 875-7596.

Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas will hold a Job Club meeting at 10 a.m. Workforce Solutions is located at 720 N. Beaton. For more information call (903) 874-8276.

Kinsloe House will host Games Day on from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. All members interested in playing bridge, Scrabble, and other games are invited to attend. Cecelia Alexander is the hostess for the September games day. If you would like to come, have a good lunch, play your favorite game, and visit — you are welcome to attend.

Sept. 27

The Corsicana Newcomers' Club will hold its monthly meeting at the Kinsloe House at 11 a.m. Tracy Watson will share the details of the cleaning and repair of the stained-glass windows in the First United Methodist Church. Call Marge Oslick at 903-872-3508 for more information and to make your confirmed reservation for lunch.

The Corsicana Apartment Association will have its monthly meeting at the Kinsloe House beginning at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 6 p.m. The program will be Elizabeth Borstad and Debbie Martin with the City of Corsicana engineering department. They will be discussing updated flood maps for the City of Corsicana. Reservations need to be made by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25 by calling Larry Hutson at (903) 654-3653.

A presentation on home health services and pain management will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Cook Center Planetarium on the Navarro College campus. The event will include a free dinner. Dr. Adam Arredondo will be the keynote speaker. To RSVP, call Family Care of Texas at (903) 872-9400.
