Navarro County Sheriff's Department reports

From reports released by the Navarro County Sheriff's Department on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009:



• Deputy Fredia Wafer responded to a report of criminal mischief over $20/under $500 in the 11200 block of SECR 2170.

• Deputy Phillip Story made an arrest for possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

• Deputy Jason Earles made an arrest for public intoxication and resisting arrest, search or transport in the 7000 block of NWCR 1300 in Barry.

• Deputy Billy Bryant made an arrest for public intoxication in the 200 block of NWCR 0028.

• Deputy Adrian Harris responded to a report of theft of property over $1,500/under $20,000 in the 4100 block of FM 1603 in Chatfield.

• Deputy Casey Gaston responded to a report of criminal trespass in the 1500 block of FM 1126 in Barry.

• Deputy Jason Earles responded to a report of assault/family violence in the 800 block of SWCR 4260 in Dawson.

• Sgt. Hank Bailey responded to a report of assault/family violence in the 1000 block of SECR 1095.

• Sgt. Hank Bailey responded to a report of fradulent use of identifying information in the 3200 block of NECR 0160 in Powell.

• Deputy Jeramy Phillips responded to a report of burglary of a habitation in the 6200 block of West State Highway 31.

• Sgt. Hank Bailey responded to a report of harassment in the 200 block of West Second in Purdon.
