New rail tracks were installed near the Corsicana Visitor’s Center Thursday, in anticipation of the arrival of the city’s historic Interurban Railcar. City leaders are hopeful for the return of the long-overdue railcar sometime in September. The car will serve as a tourist attraction adjacent to the Corsicana Visitor’s Center.
