Corsicana — Barry-Emhouse Lord’s Acre will be held at the Fannie Mae Vernon Room at the Exposition Center starting with the Country Store and a Sweet Shop at 10:30 a.m. Lunch will be served starting at 11:30 a.m. and will consist of turkey and dressing with all the trimmings, and homemade pies.

The VFW Post 3366, 4609 W. State Highway 31, will host a dance from 8 p.m. to 12 midnight featuring Justin Hunter and the New Outlaws. Tickets are $5 at the door.
Bobcat Bistro at the KESA Building in Kerens will be from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Kerens Ex-Students Association serves lunch the second Sunday of each month to raise money for its scholarship fund. Kerens Ex-Students cook and serve the meals. All are welcome to attend. On the menu this week are meatloaf or buttermilk pecan crusted chicken, choice of scalloped potatoes, carrots, red beans, orange congealed salad or tossed salad, with carrot cake or peach crisp for dessert. All are served with rolls, cornbread, tea or water for $8.95 per person. Children’s meals are $3.95 per child, and they have a choice of chicken nuggets or grilled cheese sandwich, along with a veggie, juice box and cookies.
