— Duke Stewart Elliott, 59, of Corsicana, passed away April 23, 2008, in Texas City. He was born on Feb. 2, 1949.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Elliott and Wiletta “Helen” Elliott; and a sister; Peggy Elliott.
He is survived by his daughter, Christina Lynn “Sissy” Elliott Kendall; his son, Steven Michael Elliott; his brothers, Dan Elliott and Ronny Hill; a sister, Anita Lane; his grandchildren, Christina, Steven Jr., Charles, Nathan and Donald; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. today at Corley Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Gary Kendall, Steven Elliott Jr., Charles Gregory, Nathan Gregory, Donald Canterbury and Chris Jones.
