Mrs. Bonnie Lessie Ganze

Mrs. Bonnie Lessie Ganze, 91, of Powell, Texas passed away on June 12, 2009 in Corsicana. She was born August 21, 1917 to William and Fannie (Coley) Bolen in Corbett.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at Corley Funeral Home, Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 15 at 10 a.m. at Corley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Morris Holcomb officiating. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park with her grandchildren as pallbearers.

Mrs. Ganze married Hub Ganze on August 28, 1937 in Pursley, and had been married for 71 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Powell Baptist Church in Powell.

Mrs. Ganze is survived by her husband: Hub, and all four children: George Ganze and wife Darline of Rosebud; Charles Ganze and wife Ruth of Texas City Mary Ganze Brancroft and husband Sonny of Powell, Texas; and Eddie Ganze and wife Jane of Crockett. She has one living sister Barbara Bolen Brunner of Fort Worth,. She has seven grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.

Mrs. Ganze is preceded in death by her parents Andy and Fannie Bolen, three brothers: George Wesley (Wart) Bolen, William Marcellus (Slim) Bolen, and Bob Bolen. She is also preceded in death by three sisters: Edna (Bolen) Flynn, Alyne (Bolen) Murray and Anita Bolen. She also is preceded in death by a granddaughter Angela Ganze Jones.
