Kelly Don Berry, 73, of Kerens passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 26, at Paschal Funeral Home.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 27, at Paschal Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wes Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Kerens Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Capehart, Scott Yates, Aaron Yates, Larry Ballard, Jeffery Hodge and Monte Huggins.

Mr. Berry was born May 5, 1936, in Kerens. He spent 36 years with the Texas National Guard in Corsicana.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Lucille Berry; and granddaughter, Baylor Brooks.

Survivors include his wife, Penne Berry of Kerens; daughter, Kim Yates of Austin; son, Bruce Berry of Spring; daughter and son-in-law, Teri and James Inmon of Kerens; stepsons and wives, Scott and Linda Brooks and Craig and Jennifer Brooks, all of Corsicana; sisters, Judy Hodge of Corsicana and Carolyn Franklin and Pat Huggins, both of Kerens; grandchildren, Brittany Yates of Arlington, Aaron Yates of San Marcos, Mikayla Berry of Spring, Jake Berry of Spring, Sarah Brooks, Raygan Brooks, Bree Brooks, Branch Brooks and Bailey Saunders, all of Corsicana, and Molly and Kelton Inmon of Kerens.

Memorials may be made to the KESA Scholarship Fund.
