— Scott Hippard, age 54, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2008, at his residence in Ferris.
He was born March 28, 1954 to Mark John and Frankie Swyear Hippard in Batesville, Ark. He was a store manager and employed by Minyards.
He is survived by his wife, Pam of Ferris; one son, Mike Hippard and wife Kim of Ferris; two daughters, Christie Doporto and husband Cris of Ferris, and Andrea Riggs and husband Robert of Dawson; grandchildren, Amanda, Vanessa, Niki, Amber, Marie, Bradie, Susanna, Lane and Austin; his mother, Frankie Hippard of Corsicana; two brothers, Mike Hippard and wife Betty of Midland, and Gilbert Hippard and wife Lorie of Corsicana; one sister, Carol Hippard of Corsicana.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home.
Service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Pattison Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bob Robertson, David Miller, Bobby Inmon, Kelly Barnes, Wilber Williams and Ray Gordon.
