Thomas Franklin Oliver, 61, of Corsicana passed away Monday, April 7, 2014 at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He was born Dec. 5, 1952 in Colorado City, Texas to Lumas Allen and Ruthie Lee Geddie Oliver.
He was a member of Westside Baptist Church. He enjoyed being outdoors, and was an avid fisherman which he went every Saturday and Sunday morning when he could.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Randall and Larry Oliver and a sister, Peggie Oliver.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Oliver; sons, Jeremy Oliver and wife Amanda of Palmer and Jason Oliver of Corsicana; daughter, Christene Oliver and fiancé Derrick Dickerson of Corsicana; granddaughters, Abagail Oliver of Palmer and Madison Dickerson of Corsicana; grandson, Maddox Dickerson of Corsicana; brothers, Rodney Oliver and wife Sandra of Laporte and Donnie Oliver and wife Debbie of Streator, IL; brother-in-law, David Bray and wife Nanette of Corsicana; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation with the family will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Corley Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 10, 2014 at the Corley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. B. F. Risinger, Jr. officiating.
