He was a charter member of Westside Baptist Church and he loved the Lord deeply along with his family and friends. He invested years of service to the car business and passionately worked hard. He loved to play golf with his golf buddies and spent many hours at the coffee shop with his coffee drinking buddies. He also loved music and spent many hours playing on his guitars and piano along with playing with friends. He taught himself to play music and enjoyed showing his friends and family  how passionate he was about music. He shocked his kids by taking on his love for music. He was a wonderful father and he would do anything to make sure they were taken care of and loved. He was a man of full character and loved to laugh and make others laugh. He told many old stories and loved to relive out his memories. He was a witty man and loved his jokes. Also, he loved his cowboy hat, boots, and starched shirts. He spent many years pipelining with his step-father and visited many states. He operated heavy pipeline machinery.
