Willie Bea Timberlake Lamm, formerly of Greenville, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at her daughter’s home in Corsicana following a brief illness. She was 97.
Mrs. Lamm was born Aug. 23, 1916, in Hunt County to Charlie and Myrtle Timberlake. She married Audra Lamm on May 22, 1935. They were married for 63 years.
She was a bookkeeper at Sears & Roebuck in Greenville for 22 years. Following her retirement from Sears, she worked for her brother, Dale Timberlake, at his alteration shop in Dallas for several years. She was a life-long member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Greenville.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Audra Lamm; her parents, Charlie and Myrtle Timberlake; infant brother, Foster Timberlake; brothers, Alton Timberlake and Dale Timberlake; and sisters, Juanita Freeman and Rachel Waddle.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Jan and Darrell Beauchamp of Corsicana; grandson, Cody Beauchamp, and granddaughter, Emily Beauchamp of Corsicana; grandson, Casey Beauchamp of Austin; sister, Clarice Mason of Sachse; sister-in-law, Faye Timberlake of Royse City; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013, at Lynch Funeral Home in Greenville.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, at Lynch Funeral Home in Greenville. Interment will follow at Memory Land Cemetery in Greenville.
