Mr. Nathan Clay Nicholson, 52, of Corsicana passed on Monday, June 10, 2013, at his residence in Corsicana.
Clay was born on Oct. 18, 1960, in Llano County, Texas, to Harry Donald and Margaret Johnston Nicholson.
Clay lived his entire life in Corsicana and was owner and operator of Nicholson Paint and Body Shop for many years. He graduated from Corsicana High School.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; two sisters; and uncle, Howard Dean; and first cousin, Elizabeth Lynn Flynn.
Survivors include his children, Taylor Faye Nicholson, Nathan Nicholson and James Nicholson, all of Groesbeck; his brother, Harry Donald Nicholson Jr. of Corsicana; his mother, Margaret Johnston Nicholson of Corsicana; his father, Harry Donald Nicholson Sr. of Mertzon; and his aunt, Diane Dean of Hinsdale, Ill.; and cousins, Ashley Dean Killpack, Jennifer Dean Brunnett and Nick Nicholson. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and close friends.
A memorial service for Clay will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 17, 2013, at the First United Methodist Church in Corsicana, with the Rev. Bayard Pratt officiating.
