Jason Harrison Haven, 30, resident of McKinney and formerly of Corsicana, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at his home.
He was born in Corsicana on Oct. 17, 1982, to William Nelson Haven Sr. and Deborah Laburay Haven. Jason attended Northside Baptist Church in Corsicana when he was a child and graduated from Corsicana High School in 2000.
Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, George Laburay and Nelson and Tressa Haven.
Survivors include his wife, Tandra Short Haven; parents, William Nelson Haven Sr. and Deborah Haven of McKinney; brothers, William Nelson Haven Jr. of Corsicana, and Chris Haven of Troy, Mo.; grandmother, Grandma Laburay of St. Peters, Mo.; niece, Haley Haven and nephew Colton Haven of Mildred; aunt, Phyllis Creedon of Florissant, Mo.; and a number of cousins and extended family members.
Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 21, 2013, in the Chapel at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. in the Chapel at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home with Lee Barber officiating. Interment will follow at a later date at Hamilton-Beeman Cemetery.
