— Noah Cunnie Wooten, 84, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, November 4, 2012 in Arlington.

Noah was born June 23, 1928, in Emhouse, to Burns and Ola May Wooten. He was a retired Arlington Police Officer and retired from the Texas Municipal League. Noah loved his family and all his friends. He never met a stranger.

Survivors include his wife, Betty; son, Chad and wife Crystal; granddaughter, Callie; grandson, Chase; brother, Ronald Tim and wife Sandy.       

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Fielder Road Baptist Church, 2011 South Fielder Road, Arlington with the Rev. Jerry Morris and Dr. Gary Smith officiating.

Graveside Service will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Oakwood Cemetery in Corsicana.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Noah's name to the Michael Gilles Purgason Foundation (for young doctor's), 2007 Misty Creek Drive, Arlington, TX 76017 or a charity of your choice.
