FROST — —
Freshman Angel Suaste may not play much in Friday night’s playoff game against Tenaha.
But if the Polar Bears win, what Suaste and the scout team did during the pre-week preparation will get praise from the coaches and his teammates.
“The scout team is a big part of what we do,” Frost senior quarterback Jacob Stroder said.
Suaste, who plays tackle and linebacker, hasn’t missed a practice all season, even on Saturdays. Frost coach Eric Blenden said Suaste is the only scout team member to do that.
“This is one of the best experiences of my life,” Suaste said. “I can tell you that.”
