Nic Shimonek scored 28 points and Mikey Muncy had 14 points as Mildred pulled into a three-way tie for third place in 23-2A with a 66-56 victory over Buffalo on Tuesday night.
Jase Butler had nine points and Johnathan Harrison added eight points as Mildred moved to 5-4 in district, tied with Buffalo and Blooming Grove.
Blooming Grove 64, Rice 47: Juanya Pyburn scored 17 points and Tyler Ellis added 11 points as Blooming Grove pulled away from Rice for a 64-47 victory on Tuesday night.
Blooming Grove (17-8, 5-4) pulled into a third-place tie in 23-2A with the win. Rice (10-15, 1-7) was led by Ragan Henderson with 14 points.
Kerens 81, Wortham 44: Nate Betts had 20 points and Sheleton Sayles had 15 points as Kerens routed Wortham 81-44 to remain in second place in District 18-1A DI.
Tobyus Thomas added 14 points for Kerens (16-6, 5-1). Wortham (11-17, 2-4) was led by Witty Busby with 13 points.
Frost 61, Bynum 40: Danial Steels scored 19 points and Andrew Jackson had 16 points as Frost beat Bynum 61-40 to stay unbeaten in district.
Cayuga 94, Hubbard 41: Casen Martin had 10 points as Hubbard lost to district leader Cayuga 94-41 on Tuesday night.
Kerens 63, Wortham 60: Taylor Ames had 22 points as Kerens survived an upset by Wortham, winning 63-60 in overtime on Tuesday night in Wortham.
Marqueshia Kelly and Cambree Betts each had 14 points for Kerens (23-4, 8-0), which stayed unbeaten in District 18-1A DI. Kamarie Freeman and Kierra Busby each had 14 points for Wortham (16-13, 4-4).
Cayuga 76, Hubbard 71: Nakaila Banks scored 22 points, but Hubbard couldn’t pull off the upset of Cayuga, falling 76-71 on Tuesday night.
Frost 70, Bynum 24: Jae Moore scored 17 points as the Frost Lady Polar Bears clinched second place in District 19-1A DII with a 70-24 victory over Bynum.
Blooming Grove 36, Rice 16: Brittany Miller had a career-high 10 points on a perfect shooting night, going 5 for 5 from the floor as Blooming Grove knocked off Rice 36-16 on Tuesday night.
Miller also had seven boards, while Savanna Bearden pulled down 10 rebounds. Tre Wiggins had five steals in the contest, while Sidney Horner, Brittany Nichols and Daveshia Starling all had four steals apiece.
