Williams/Burkes Wedding

— Amy Williams and Bobby Burkes, both of Corsicana, were united in marriage on April 6, 2008 at 4 p.m. at First Christian Church in Corsicana. Dr. Rick Lamb, pastor of Northside Baptist Church, performed the ceremony.
Matron of honor, and sister of the bride, was Amber Cortez of Dallas. Bridesmaids were Misty Ihle, sister of the bride of Dallas, and Amanda Burkes, sister of the groom of Corsicana. Flower girl was Lexie Anderson, cousin of the bride of Dallas.
Best man and father of the groom was Mark Burkes of Corsicana. Groomsmen were Martin Mata, friend of the groom, and Matthew Burkes, brother of the groom, both of Corsicana. Ringbearer was Michael Cortez, nephew of the bride of Dallas.
Amy is the daughter of Carolyn Anderson and Steve Williams, all of Dallas. Bobby is the son of Mark and Janie Burkes of Corsicana.
Bobby and Amy will take a Western Caribbean cruise for their honeymoon, and will be at home in Corsicana.
