Vitters/Lyle Wedding

Tracy Vitters and Adam Lyle, both of Frisco, were united in marriage March 18 at Arlington Hall at Lee Park, Turtle Creek, Dallas. Joey White officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Al and Marilyn Vitters of Richland, and the groom is the son of Tom and Joyce Lyle of Kansas City, Mo.

The bride wore an ivory and champagne strapless gown of satin and tulle. The waist and cathedral train were adorned with silver embroidery embellished with Swarovski crystals. She carried a bouquet of green hydrangea and cream-colored roses.

Melanie Eklund of Lubbock served as matron of honor, and Sophie Stapleton of Denver and Audrey Lyle of St. Louis, Mo. served as flower girls. Bridesmaids were Paula Stapleton of Denver; Michelle Dickey of Plano; Brandy Chappell of Frisco; Tracy Snyder of Plano; and Haley Lyle of St. Louis. They wore a variety of black satin gowns and carried bouquets of green hydrangea.

Rick Lyle of St. Louis, Mo. served as best man, with Ben and Jake Stapleton of Denver as ring bearers. Groomsmen were John Lyle of Plano; Dan Lyle of Denver; Brad Vitters of Dallas; and Mark Vitters and Alan Vitters of Corsicana. Paul Snyder of Plano and Bruce Benton of Allen served as ushers. The groom wore a black tuxedo with charcoal gray vest and black tie. Best man and groomsmen wore black tuxedos with black vests and ties.

The ceremony and reception took place in a dimly-lit romantic ballroom setting, which included two large crystal chandeliers. Candles lined the floor along both sides of the aisle, and were on tables and mantles and throughout the ballroom and dance floor. Additional accents of candles, iron candelabras, crosses, calla lilies and green hydrangea decorated the ballroom.

Brad Vitters, brother of the bride, performed Brooks and Dunn’s “That’s What She Gets for Loving Me” for the bride and groom during the reception. House party members were Belinda Chappell of North Richland Hills; Jackie Smith of Tustin, Calif.; and Karen Keegan of Dallas. Guests were present from Texas, Missouri, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Carolina, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Oklahoma.

Following the wedding, the bride and groom honeymooned in Maui, Hawaii, and reside in Frisco.
